Returns Policy
If for any reason you would like to return any order, we would be more than happy to return you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.), a refund will be issued back to the card or paypal account used for the original purchase. all unwanted goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged within 7 working days, this allows you 14 full days from time of recieved goods to return your unwanted goods back to us.
If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of £2.50 (excluding international deliveries) re-send mail charge.
Returned goods must comply with the following rules -
Due to personal hygiene; teeth, wigs, facial hair, panties, hosiery or tights cannot be returned or refunded.
Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.
